United Contract Flooring (United CF) is a growing commercial flooring contractor delivering high-quality flooring solutions for government, luxury hospitality, multi-family, and tenant improvement projects across the Pacific Northwest.
We’re looking for a Sales Project Manager who wants to build, own, and grow their own book of business while leading projects from award through closeout.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and grow your own book of business through relationship-driven sales
- Build long-term relationships with GCs, developers, property managers, and end users
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both sales and project execution
- Manage commercial flooring projects from pre-construction through completion
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, and field teams to deliver winning solutions
Sales Expectation
This role requires ownership of business development. Success is measured by both project execution and the ability to consistently bring in new work. This position is best suited for a self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, networking, and converting relationships into awarded projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience generating and managing your own sales pipeline
- Proven ability to bring in new work, not just manage existing accounts
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction process
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills
- Ability to balance sales responsibilities with project management execution
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred
