Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tampa, FL, for a Universal Banker. Responsibilities include assisting customers with various financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and deposits, and guiding clients on loan products. The Universal Banker will also engage in cross-selling financial products and maintaining accurate financial records, while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Deposits and Loans, including knowledge of financial products and services
- Strong Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Cash Handling expertise with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using banking software and familiarity with financial regulations
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services role is preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in finance or a related field is a plus
