What You’ll Do
- Participate in Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to evaluate and document key risks and controls.
- Assist with updating risk documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Support the team in preparing quarterly dashboard metrics that highlight risk trends and performance.
- Collaborate with ERM professionals to learn best practices in enterprise risk oversight and reporting.
- College students or rising high school graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA or better
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Energetic, organized, detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams) and comfort using modern workplace technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective in both one-on-one and group settings
- Independent worker
- Ability to dedicate 35-40 hours per week to this intern program
- Ability to work in-office in Greenville, SC
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check
- This is a full-time non-remote position
- Start Date : June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026
- Schedule : 35-40 hours per week
- Non-Exempt
