Pay Range
USD $42,061.00 - USD $64,465.00 /Yr.

You will collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify skill gaps, design targeted training solutions, and ensure consistent processes across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage all training programs for Branch Support Desk and Loan Support Desk, including new hire and ongoing development.
- Partner with team leaders and managers to assess training needs and bridge skill gaps.
- Create and deliver engaging training content through multiple channels.
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training guides.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate training events, calendars, and logistics for on-site and off-site sessions.
- Support conversion and acquisition training as needed.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services and/or training.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
- 2 years in Branch Support Desk or Loan Support Desk preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to pass a background & credit check
- This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
