Role Description The Member Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for assisting members with everyday financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries. The Member Service Representative will open and maintain accounts, explain credit union products and services, and guide members toward solutions that meet their financial needs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to phone and in-person inquiries, resolving issues professionally, verifying member information, and accurately processing transactions in the system. The role also involves promoting credit union offerings, adhering to policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive, efficient member experience.
