United Community Bank is a 100 year old family-owned community bank with locations in Perham, Dent, and Frazee. We are seeking a positive, energetic, and motivated team player to join our team as a Teller at our main branch in Perham. The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm M-F, with one day per week doing the closing shift of 9:00am-5:30pm. Saturdays are on a rotating basis with hours from 9:00am-12:00pm.

YOUR ROLE:
- Greet and welcome customers to the bank in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while following bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Accurately balance and maintain a cash drawer.
- Maintain a basic understanding of our banking products and services.
- Practice confidentiality with customer account information, follow United Community Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to compliance regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers/management in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The dexterity to count money and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
- Direct experience is not necessary, but previous customer service experience is a plus!
- This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
