This position will report to the SVP/Chief Information Officer
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the organization while also providing front-line IT Support to staff when needed. This dual role ensures smooth project workflows, timely communication, and responsive technical assistance to maintain daily operations.
This role supports project management activities across departments and provides day-to-day IT help desk assistance. The goal is to keep projects on track and during downtime assist in providing staff with reliable technical support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Support project managers with scheduling, tasks tracking, and status updates.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and cross-department communications.
- Help identify project risks and track issues to resolution.
- Maintain organized project files and records.
IT Help Desk Support
- Respond to help desk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Provide support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and user accounts.
- Support IT team with routing system maintenance and updates.
- Serve as first point of contact for IT Tickets/assignment when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills

Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software configuration and troubleshooting.
