United Communities at Joint Base MDL is seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team! We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid training.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining outstanding curb appeal throughout the property
- Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and lawn areas free of litter and obstructions
- Assisting with snow removal as needed
- Performing seasonal tasks such as fall cleanup, leaf removal, and plant protection
- Supporting teamwork across the property and company to ensure overall success
- Cleaning turnover homes and apartments
- Assisting Maintenance Technicians when required
- Reporting issues needing additional attention to the Property Manager or Service Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
