Role Description
This is a full-time, Corporate Controller role. VA or FL preferred. The Corporate Controller will oversee the organization’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also involves managing internal controls, facilitating audits, and providing leadership and direction to the accounting team. The Corporate Controller will play a critical role in creating financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and operational success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Budgeting
- Experience with Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
- Proficiency in Accounting Principles, GAAP, and Internal Controls
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent Data Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as ERP platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is highly preferred
- Experience in the home services or related industry is advantageous
