Correspondence Response Representative

As a correspondence response representative, you will read, process, and respond to correspondence received from consumers through various media. Above average reading comprehension skills and typing ability a must.

The ideal candidate should possess the skills, competencies, and abilities listed below in order to successfully perform the job and to be considered for the position:

• Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel Spreadsheet
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Above Average reading comprehension
• Professional communication etiquette
• Organizational skills
• Minimum High School Diploma /Some post high school education
• Strong problem solving skills
• Work well in a team atmosphere within the company
• Must be able to multi-task
• Effectively communicate with management
• Use correct grammar and collection terminology in communicating information to consumers, teammates, and management.
• Work all scheduled days and meet the standards for attendance
• Work all scheduled assignments and meet work standard requirements
