Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for a part-time to full -time opportunity, in a small family business? We're seeking an Office Assistant to transition into the Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk / first point of contact for the company
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and job assignments efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to clients for scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
- Provide excellent customer service (a must)
- Manage office tasks, phones, and organization
- Support management with day-to-day operations
- Learn and grow into office management responsibilities
