Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for a part-time to full -time opportunity, in a small family business? We're seeking an Office Assistant to transition into the Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the front desk / first point of contact for the company
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and job assignments efficiently
  • Conduct outbound calls to clients for scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Provide excellent customer service (a must)
  • Manage office tasks, phones, and organization
  • Support management with day-to-day operations
  • Learn and grow into office management responsibilities
