Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. A valid Clinical Social Worker License, Marriage and Family Therapy License, or a Clinical Professional Counselor License in Nevada (required)
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a mental health therapy office or similar clinical setting. (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a strong understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment. (required)
- Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and documentation requirements for mental health services. (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of clinicians.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
