United Choice Healthcare Staffing (UCHS) is looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional PCA/CNA caregivers to provide high-quality one-on-one care to clients in homes and healthcare facilities.

As a PCA/CNA, you will work directly with clients to provide personalized assistance with daily activities, personal care, safety, mobility, and other needs outlined in the client's care plan.
What You Will Do
- Provide compassionate one-on-one PCA/CNA care.
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and fall prevention.
- Take and document vital signs as assigned.
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform client-specific light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, cognitive, or emotional condition.
- Complete accurate and timely daily care notes.
- Follow the client's care plan and UCHS policies.
- Follow infection-control, safety, HIPAA, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and the UCHS team.
What We Are Looking For
- PCA, CNA, caregiver, personal care, home care, assisted living, nursing home, or hospital experience preferred.
- CNA certification or PCA credentials as required for the assigned position.
- Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
- Ability to provide dependable and punctual care.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Compassionate and respectful attitude.
- Ability to work independently while following the client's care plan.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Willingness to complete required UCHS onboarding and training.
