Caregiver/ PCA/CNA

United Choice Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring a compassionate and reliable Caregiver/PCA/CNA to provide in‑home support to clients in the West Point area. We are looking for a Caregiver/PCA/CNA who is committed to delivering high‑quality care, maintaining client dignity, and supporting independence in the home setting.

About the Role

As a Caregiver/PCA/CNA, you will assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship. The ideal Caregiver/PCA/CNA is dependable, patient, and able to follow individualized care plans while maintaining professional communication with the care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services within Caregiver/PCA/CNA scope
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and follow care plans
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow all agency policies and Caregiver/PCA/CNA standards of practice

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or PCA certification
• Previous experience as a Caregiver/PCA/CNA in home care or facility settings preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
