We are looking for a versatile and organized individual to join our team. This role is central to our daily operations, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can seamlessly transition between high-volume customer interaction and focused administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Triage
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls, providing professional assistance and triaging inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor and triage customer support tickets, answering questions directly or escalating complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
Accounting Support (AP/AR)
- Assist the accounting team by processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, preparing documents for payment, sending invoices, posting payments
Off-Season & General Office Operations
- Lead efforts to keep the office organized and efficient, including filing physical and digital documents.
- Daily mail pickup and distribution.
- Maintain consistent phone coverage.
- Clean and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
