UCPRI is hiring Direct Support Professional (DSP) Floaters to support adults with disabilities across our residential programs. If you’re dependable, adaptable, and compassionate—we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with daily living activities (personal care, meals, housekeeping)
- Help people stay active and engaged in their communities
- Provide transportation to appointments and outings
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment
- Step in where needed—covering shifts across multiple locations

Schedule & Pay
- $22.00/hour starting pay
- $500 Sign-On Bonus
- Full-time & part-time positions available
- No set schedule – must have open availability
- Shifts include days, evenings, overnights, weekends & holidays
What You Need
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
