What You'll Do

As a DSP in our residential and day center programs, you'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives. Your day may include:

• Helping with personal care and daily living activities
• Preparing meals and keeping the home running
• Driving to appointments, work, and community outings
• Administering medications and supporting health needs
• Documenting daily progress
• Supporting each person's goals and community involvement

What We're Looking For

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide the training)
• Ability to pass a drug screen, fingerprint/background check (through DBHDD), and clean MVR
