Looking to make a difference in an innovative and dynamic non-profit agency? UCP of Central Florida unlocks the potential of thousands of children each year at our campuses, pediatric therapy clinics and parent support programs.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Parent Engagement/Training activities.
- Assist in following up for referrals for services and collecting required paperwork (including follow up calls)
- Assist with scheduling classroom tours.
- Assist in identifying and providing information and referral for families in need of services.
- Participate in Child Study Team and Threat Assessment Meetings – assist with any needed follow up.
- Assist with community awareness/education programs
- Attend weekly required field seminar at University.
- Participate in one hour (minimum supervision)

Qualifications
Education and Training:
- Junior or beyond in a Bachelor of Social Work university program.
- This is a BSW Internship with a required total 420 hours per semester (28 hours per week)
