What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flooring Quality Control position at United Carpet Co?
Key Responsibilities:
· Must have experience installing Flooring products including Carpet, Sheet Vinyl, Vinyl Plank etc.
· Must be capable of doing Flooring repairs
· Must have experience doing pours with Schonox or USG products
· Inspect jobsites requiring special repairs so the crew has material necessary to complete the install.
· Interview and bring in new crews as needed in order to maintain the company’s volume of work.
· Monitor the progress of flooring projects.
· Resolve installation issues that may arise during installs
· Job site inspections for quality control with a focus on lower quality crews
Salary position $65,000-$75,000 per year based on experience. Company Van provided.
