Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Oversee implementation of ABA services and supervise BTs/RBTs
Provide parent training and guidance with a focus on real-world application
Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
BCBA certification (BACB)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Experience working with children with ASD and related needs
