What We're Looking For:
- Active RBT certification (or willing to complete it before starting)
- Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Your Day-to-Day:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Collect accurate behavior and skills data
- Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor
- Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times

- Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
- Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
- Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
- Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
