The Role: Relationship Manager (RM)
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be at the
heart of client relationships
, working alongside Managing Directors and Wealth Advisors to ensure exceptional client service. You'll be the go-to partner for communication, problem-solving, and seamless account management while helping support client growth and retention.

What You'll Do
- Be the liaison between our world-class advisors and HNW clientele
- Provide a welcoming and professional client experience in-person and over the phone
- Research and resolve complex client issues with accuracy and care
- Support meeting prep, logistics, and follow-up for advisors
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining suitability documentation
- Partner with advisors to develop client financial plans and track pipelines

- Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of professional client service or financial services experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
