Ideal General Manager candidates will:
- Lead sales staff and assist customers throughout the home building process.
- Have high management and supervision skills.
- Be honest, tactful, polite, assertive, respectful and ethical in dealing with customers, co-workers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and others.
- Have a strong work ethic and enjoy the profession of home building.
- Be professional in appearance, language, and in dealing with others.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Real Estate License is NOT required
- Sales experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Diligence in following up with leads
- Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
