This is a full-time, on-site CAD Drafter role located in Springdale, AR. The CAD Drafter will be responsible for creating precise technical and architectural drawings for custom home designs using advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software. Daily tasks include collaborating with engineers and architects to develop detailed engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and making adjustments to renderings as needed. The CAD Drafter will contribute to planning layouts, preparing necessary documentation, and supporting the overall design process.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Experience with Technical Drawing, Engineering Drawings, and Drawing
- Knowledge of Architectural Drawings and ability to create accurate renderings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to design specifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the homebuilding industry is a plus
