Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, potential risks, or opportunities for upselling or renewal initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, listening actively, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Utilize Salesforce tools to track interactions, update client records, and analyze account activity.
- Collaborate with the Director of Annuities on department objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, banking, or insurance preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms used for customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
