Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Annuity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent client support alongside the Director of Annuities at United Benefits.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate with clients via phone calls and email.
- Perform annual reviews for existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Director of Annuities on department objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Work cases assigned in CRM in a timely manner.
Experience/Requirements
- Proven experience in financial industry or similar related field.
- Familiarity with stock market is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be sales driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
