The Relationship Banker will provide personalized banking services to current and prospective customers by consistently developing relationships and delivering excellent customer service by processing transactions for customers hand helping them find ways to simplify their banking. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing an optimal customer experience by processing and reconciling daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
- Answering and resolving customer questions regarding account activity and account maintenance requests.
- Helping with opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day operational and administrative duties.
- Assist customers with the opening of new personal deposit accounts and maintain a working knowledge of business accounts, IRAs, HSAs, and other services.
- Assuring the confidentiality of all customer information and adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Referring clients to other departments as needed to ensure their banking and financial needs are met.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Previous cash handling experience required.
- Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a banking environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to resolve problems and deal with challenging customer situations.
- Intermediate to advanced technology skills with the ability to quickly navigate applications and other digital services.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

40 hours/week that vary: M-Th between 7:45am - 5:15pm, Fri 7:45am - 5:45pm, and Saturday rotation 9am - noon.
