United Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Personal Banker to join our Seneca location.
As a Personal Banker, you will grow strong client relationships by processing transactions, opening new accounts and responding to inquiries. You will develop a thorough understanding of United Bank & Trust’s products in services and offer solutions that align with customer’s financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Open and process new accounts and assist customers by providing comprehensive information on bank products and services.
- Prepare required product applications, maintain accurate files and ensure all required documentation is obtained.
- Research and resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively engage with customers to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must demonstrate adherence to compliance policies and main confidentiality.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic and commitment to responsibility.
- Previous banking experience is advantageous but not essential.
