The Participations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bank's participation function within the operations division for United Bank. The role requires managing relationships with external lenders, posting/verification of all participation payments, sending/receiving of wires, and ensuring all participation loans comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Provides guidance and oversight to and is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the assigned team. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; employee compensation; approving expense reports; addressing concerns and resolving problems.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures timely & accurate processing of participation loans while adhering to compliance regulations and bank policies.
- Routinely prepares reports for loan participation portfolio and submits findings to senior Management.
- Assist with audit and exam request as needed.
- Builds and maintains relationships with both internal and external lenders, bank leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Any additional duties as assigned by Management.
