JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
The Document Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing and validating documentation imaged in Synergy. This role ensures file completeness, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review imaged documents for accuracy and completeness ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues within imaged files; communicating issues to the Imaging System Administrator or IT Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
