What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Banking Associate position at United Bank of Southwest AL & Northwest FL?
The Digital Banking Associate will function as a subject matter expert for all Digital Banking products, services, systems, and enrollment. They will also support our Digital Banking initiatives, assist customers and internal departments with online banking services.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Digital Banking expertise to employees and be a subject matter expert for digital banking products, services, and systems.
- Complete and maintain Digital Banking product and service documentation and procedures.
- Work closely with the Retail team to ensure exceptional customer experiences in our digital and remote service channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to Digital Banking services and products in a timely manner.
- Provide support and process requests received through the digital banking account-opening channel.
- Support ATM and Mobile deposit transactions, BillPay and e-statement enrollments.
- Assist with data analytics reports for tracking of customer adoption and bank performance.
- Participate in the creation, implementation and testing of new Digital Banking products. .
- Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal banking regulations, bank policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program and Information Systems Security Policies.
- Stay informed of current activities in the Digital Banking field, including new products and other general information about customers.
- Back-up support for Treasury Management (Business Solutions) team with ability to master Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Lockbox, and Positive Pay products.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
