About the Role

We're looking for a Relationship Sales Assistant (RSA) to serve as a key connector between our customers and sales team. In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for customer communications, relationship building, and problem-solving. You'll work side-by-side with the sales team to ensure every customer interaction is seamless, professional, and positive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions.

  • Partner with the sales team to remove obstacles and ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Manage orders from start to finish, coordinating with domestic and international vendors.

  • Communicate order updates and details with warehouse, accounting, and other internal teams.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction and address concerns.

  • Participate in account reviews alongside sales team members to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and implement solutions.

  • Support daily office needs and administrative tasks as required.


Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher (Bachelor's preferred).

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; sales support or vendor management experience preferred.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly to change.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Clear and professional communication skills-both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
