About the Role
We're looking for a Relationship Sales Assistant (RSA) to serve as a key connector between our customers and sales team. In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for customer communications, relationship building, and problem-solving. You'll work side-by-side with the sales team to ensure every customer interaction is seamless, professional, and positive.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Build and maintain strong relationships by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and providing timely solutions.

Partner with the sales team to remove obstacles and ensure smooth sales operations.

Manage orders from start to finish, coordinating with domestic and international vendors.

Communicate order updates and details with warehouse, accounting, and other internal teams.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction and address concerns.

Participate in account reviews alongside sales team members to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with management to improve processes and implement solutions.

Support daily office needs and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications

Associate's Degree or higher (Bachelor's preferred).

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; sales support or vendor management experience preferred.

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
