Position Description: Our Company is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Make-Ready Technicians for an apartment community.Job responsibilities include:Maintaining the physical integrity of the property at all times.Preparing apartment homes for new residentsEnsuring a safe and secure living environment for Residents, visitors and staff.Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and to protect the investment of the apartment property owner.Opportunity to work with an EXCELLENT company that provides great benefit packages including Medical & Dental, 401k, Paid Holidays, PTO and ongoing training & development.
