Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain AC systems, ensuring efficient operation through regular preventive maintenance.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues in AC systems; handle refrigerant recovery and recycling per safety standards.
Basic Chiller Maintenance: Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance on chiller systems.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of work performed and provide updates on major repairs or requirements.
Safety and Compliance: Follow company safety standards, policies, and HVAC regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or technical certification in HVAC systems or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance, preferably in facility management.
Skills:
Proficient in handling various AC systems (split, cassette, ducted, package units).
Basic knowledge of chiller systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
