Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of best practices, strategies and processes which foster optimal performance. Works closely with departmental leadership, internal and external of the group, to optimize Business Office effectiveness across all departments. Leads and mentors coordinators within the Business Office and participates in cross-departmental leadership meetings
- Provides cross-functional support within all areas of the Business Office
- Uses data and analysis to determine and evaluate performance across departments
- Works with operating departments to develop and execute on Business Office Process Improvement projects
- Participates in company investigations, including but not limited to IRM, new hire efforts
- Provides development mentoring to level 8 and 9 personnel across the department
- Participates in leadership meetings as needed
The salary for this position is $53,380 - $69,080 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

Required
- High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent
- Must be flexible and willing to work in an operation which may include weekends and holidays
- Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Enthusiasm and passion for the airline industry and working in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment
- High level of analytical ability
- Strong, demonstrated team leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline involving quantitative analysis
- Some College or 3 years’ relevant work experience
- 1-2 years of experience leading a team
- Experience with resource scheduling applications
- Experience with simulation software
- Project Management
- Continuous Improvement Familiarization
- Proficiency with complex data sets
- Web development and data visualization skills
