We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions that enhance our operations and drive success.
In the analyst role, you will be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, crafting user stories, triage issues, facilitate meetings analyze data and/or support functional/user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with Agile scrum software development methodologies, have the ability to write great user stories and have a natural analytical way of thinking/problem solving and be able to explain difficult concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, IT) to understand business needs and challenges.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Document business processes and workflows using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for the development team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and collaborate with developers to address any identified issues.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
- Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level
- Integrity and Trust - Involves being widely trusted, being seen as a direct, truthful individual, can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner, keeps confidences, admits mistakes, and doesn’t misrepresent him/herself for personal gain
