United Agricultural Services of America (UAS of America) is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as a Warehouse & Packaging Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in packaging our premium fertilizer products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Package fertilizer products into various containers with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Unload incoming trucks and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Support the fulfillment process to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in labeling and packaging processes.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Positive team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist coworkers.
- Effective time-management skills and reliability.
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus, but not required.
