Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels accurately.
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Perform stock stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving duties with precision to meet strict aviation industry standards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in warehouse distribution and inventory management.
• Handle materials with care during manufacturing, construction-related tasks, or general warehouse activities, adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
• Assist in packaging aircraft parts and materials for shipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Support order fulfillment processes by efficiently picking orders using RF scanners and mechanical knowledge for heavy lifting or specialized handling.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Load & unload aircraft parts or supplies swiftly while maintaining safety standards for heavy equipment operation.
• Ensure all shipping & receiving documentation is completed accurately for seamless logistics flow.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse management environments, preferably within aviation or manufacturing sectors.
• Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS), AS400 platforms, RF scanners, and other warehouse technology tools.
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices, stock management procedures, and shipping & receiving protocols.
• Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
