Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance, including inspection, repair, and servicing of Aircraft.
- Hands-on experience with Aircraft Structures, including airframe repair and structural modifications.
- Knowledge of PowerPlant systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance of aircraft engines and related components.
- Understanding of Aircraft Systems, such as hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and environmental control systems.
- Relevant aviation maintenance certification or license (e.g., Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification) preferred.
- Experience working with technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and regulatory requirements (FAA or equivalent).
- Ability to use standard aircraft maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work on-site in Enterprise, AL, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional maintenance teams.
