Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to consumers to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans
- Work with consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date consumer records
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to debt collection
- Provide excellent customer service and support to consumers throughout the debt resolution process
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in debt collection not needed but customer service experience or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
