Automotive Service Manager
📍 Goodyear, AZ | Full-Time | Monday-Friday
At United Access, our mission is to change lives by providing mobility and independence. We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager who shares that commitment and can lead a high-performing service team focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer care.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Manage and develop Service Technicians
- Drive service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory
- Partner with Sales and Parts teams to support store success
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of automotive/service experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- DMS experience required (DealerTeam preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
