Senior Development Associate and Grant Writer
Full Time with 2 years of experience
Hybrid (1-2 Days a week Required in office - Malvern, PA)

To achieve this, we take a collaborative approach to development and seek an individual to support grant writing (primary), donor relations, fundraising, strategic relationships, and special projects. This position works closely with staff, volunteers, donors, community and foundation partners.

Responsibilities:
· Provide support & manage community fundraising (Students Unite for HER, Outside Special Events, peer-to-peer pages/fliers, vendor/t-shirt coordination; in person event support)
· Research grant and funding opportunities aligned with the mission; track deadlines, submissions, and renewals
· Write and submit compelling grant proposals (narratives) and required follow-up reporting
· Develop and steward relationships with funders; furnish supportive documents as needed
· Collaborate with staff to gather data, testimonials, and metrics; maintain prospecting files and grant records
· Support donor stewardship and development projects
· Occasional night & weekend coverage of events
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2 years of development experience or master’s degree
· Proficient with measuring and reaching income goals
· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Teams
· Excellent knowledge of fundraising information sources
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); strong people and organizational skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
