Let’s be clear, this is not just a front desk job.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “check people in.” You’re someone who creates connections, drives results, and takes ownership of the client experience from first contact to long-term loyalty. This is the role that sets the tone, builds relationships, drives revenue, and holds the heartbeat of our studio together.
Before we move forward, we are looking for the role to be in-person on the following days and at the following times. These hours can be fulfilled by one or two positions. Our goal is to serve our clients during our busiest studio hours, as shown below:
Mondays 615 AM-Noon
Tuesdays 615 AM-10 AM
Wednesdays 4-630 PM
Thursdays 615 AM- 10 AM
Friday 7 AM-Noon

What We’re Looking For
· 1 year of customer service, sales, or front desk experience
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Comfort with technology (booking systems, CRM, basic office tools)
· A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
· Availability for some evenings and weekends
