Pharmaceutical Production Technician
Location: Raleigh, NC
Summary:
Unit Dose Solutions Inc. (UDS) is a pharmaceutical repackaging company based in Raleigh, NC. Formed in 2005, the Company’s mission is to put patient safety first, and provide packaging services to healthcare facilities (hospitals, long-term healthcare facilities, nursing homes, etc.) and small to mid-sized manufacturers in accordance with good manufacturing practices (“cGMP”).
We are seeking full-time Production Technicians to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with repackaging pharmaceutical products according to written instructions and procedures.
- Operate basic packaging equipment.
- Label, count, and package products accurately.
- Perform line clearances and visual inspections to ensure correct product and labeling.
- Complete production and batch records.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following cGMP requirements and UDS standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Follow all safety rules, gowning requirements, and company policies.
- Report any issues, errors, or equipment problems to a supervisor or manager immediately.
- Be courteous and respectful as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed.
- Prior experience in laboratory or pharmaceutical environments is a strong plus.
