Customer Support / IT Support Specialist
Location: Plano, TX - Onsite role
Key Requirements
- 1 year of IT Help Desk / Technical Support experience
- Experience handling customer support calls and ticketing systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience supporting Windows 10 environments
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or HPSM
- Experience providing remote technical support to end users
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and access issues
Preferred Skills
- Active Directory user administration (password resets, account management)
- Mac/macOS support experience
- JAMF, SCCM, or endpoint management tools
- VMware/virtualization experience
- Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management
- Experience supporting large user populations (100 users)
- Software deployment, imaging, encryption, and security tools
- Apple certifications are a plus
