Job Title: Java Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support multiple critical Slack channels for engineering users.
Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and problem remediation for platform-related issues.
Support and maintain standardized container images across Machine Shop, PLEC, and Chainguard platforms.
Assist engineering teams in adoption and migration to containerized environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues quickly.
Improve system reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and operational best practices.
Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or Node.js
Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Experience working with Docker and containerized applications
Knowledge of AWS ECS and Fargate
Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD tools
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience in production support or platform engineering environments
