Job Title: Case Administrator
Location: Washington, DC - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Job description: This position performs duties in support of the Office of Hearing Officers’ operations and functions, including applying analytical skills to assist the Hearing Officers and the parties and their counsel in adjudicatory proceedings.
Education/Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate required, or will consider someone with no paralegal certificate if the person has STRONG litigation experience.
Paralegal experience preferred.
Litigation or securities-related experience preferred.
Strong writing and research skills, as well as experience with legal research databases and cite-checking.
Knowledge of SEC and client rules is helpful.
Working Conditions:
Occasional travel is required to attend hearings.
