What success looks like in this role:

This role's primary responsibility is to lead the efforts of a team of over 10 Unisys associates or contractors. This is not a direct reporting relationship, but leading a project or solution team of developers, testers, engineers or support associates to meet critical deliverables. May act as a SCRUM Master. Will be to work on customer projects that are related to Active Directory and Windows Server technologies. The ideal candidate will posses additional skills with VMWare, Active Directory,DNS, SCCM and WSUS but not required. The role is expected to be able and multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time. Characteristics that will set this candidate apart will be: Effective communication, ability to provide instruction and documentation, soft skills, team work, process oriented, positive attitude and the ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
* Provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of enterprise systems
* Provides technical advice and consultation on complex, critical issues and escalations.
* Learns project management techniques by acting as a team leader on small projects or portions of larger projects.
* Delegates labor assignments and tracks success criteria for major projects.
* Develops further depth and expertise in delivery management and may continue on the delivery management path or go on to deepen technical skills in architecture or highly specialized subject matter expertise.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

* Proven experience in leading technical teams and project work
* Project and day-to-day operational management and support of the company's enterprise class, mission-critical Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, App-V, and NetScaler environment
* Server and application upgrade and/or Data Center migration experience
* Knowledge on VMware vSphere infrastructure / AD / DNS /DHCP /GPO
* Responsible for supporting the functionality and efficiency of one or more operating systems, mainly Windows Server 2012/2016
* Deliver third level remote hardware and software/OS support services to clients to resolve product use and multi-product/platform problems and questions relating to enterprise systems, networks and application software, as well as desktop applications.
* Conduct incident investigation. Conduct advanced troubleshooting of incidents and provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
* Execute complex changes, prepare and execute changes per implementation plans.
* Coordinate critical customer issues as well as new product and/or system implementations.
* Relay alerts and situation status information to both client and Unisys management.
* Provide referrals and/or dispatches to service providers to ensure that the client's service level and technical requirements are met.
* May prepare technical documentation and ensure that technical and customer documentation is clear, accurate and complete.
* May develop and conduct user training, technical training and orientation.
* Must have experience in working with ServiceNow and execution of ITIL processes
* May lead small teams on defined projects
