What success looks like in this role:
* Manages pricing of the organization's services in order to stay competitive in the market. * Supports pricing policies, and oversees the maintenance of historical pricing data. * Prepares moderately complex and/or large proposals, supports contract negotiations and administration of contracting activities in accordance with company's policies and procedures, applicable law and customer requirements. * Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires and evaluation of intangible variables. * Provides guidance and strategy options to sales, client executives, service line management, and business development teams for financial modeling and pricing. * Regularly interfaces with leadership on matters concerning medium to complex proposals. * May supervise and serve as a mentor to staff. * Ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* Bachelor's degree and 6 years experience in contracts/pricing or equivalent related work experience, generally including supervisory/mentoring responsibility * Advanced pricing and technical knowledge. * Excellent presentation, teambuilding and leadership skills. * Ability to perform in complex cross functional business environment. * Lead and/or assist with the negotiation of terms and conditions, identify risk and present risk mitigation strategy in both RFP and contract reviews. * Must have strong written and verbal skills. * Work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines. * Must have experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures relating to commercial and government contracting * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
