We are seeking a RPA Engineer with strong systems, software, and Agile DevSecOps experience to join our team and support our federal customer.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Executing government requirements and driving enterprise process automation capabilities, the ideal candidate will be part of a team to provide client facing consultative, architectural, program, engineering, and development support for a federal customer. This includes:

• Building Robotic Process Automation (RPA) enterprise level capabilities.
• Implementing automations, leveraging UiPath, from process assessment, to building bots, and supporting in Production.
• Participating in and enhancing Government RPA Center of Excellence.
• Creating technical and non-technical artifacts.
• Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to deliver through agile practices in a microservices approach using a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipeline and Open-Source tools.
• Briefing the benefits and constraints of technology solutions to technology partners, customers, stakeholders, team members, and senior levels of management.
• Supporting strategic growth efforts.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on Hyper Automation implementations, technologies, and tools.
• Shall possess experience directly with RPA development utilizing UiPath.
• Shall possess experience with Agile and DevSecOps teams and environment.
• Shall possess architecture & design experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS.
• Shall have experience in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering desired.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

• AWS and UiPath certifications are desired.

Communication Skills:

• Attention to detail, creativity and excellent writing skills are required.
• Solid ability to interface, inspire and motivate at various levels of the organization.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.

Travel:

• Primarily remote work environment.

Environmental Requirements:

• Mainly sedentary; in an office environment. May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds
• Flexible in working extended hours.
